More particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of the southwest quarter of said section 13 as the point of beginning of the tract to be described: from the point of beginning. Thence North 01°08'51\" west, (bearings are for descriptive purposes only) along the west line of said southwest quarter of section 13, a distance of 942.27 feet; thence north 87°45'03\" east, a distance of 2,733.29 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad; thence south 06°34'13\" east along said westerly right-of-way line, a distance of 1,916.34 feet; thence south 87°47'21\" west, a distance of 348.55 feet; thence south 02°14'57\" east, a distance of 380.05 feet to a point on the south line of the north half of the northwest quarter of section 24; thence south 87°45'03\" west along said south line of the north half of the northwest quarter of section 24, a distance of 2,589.84 feet to the southwest corner of the north half of the northwest quarter of section 24; thence north 00°26'24\" west, along the west line of the north half of the northwest quarter of said section 24, a distance of 1,349.28 feet to the point of beginning, in Carroll County, Illinois.
