To assist with this coordination, all systems authorized to operate under this Act shall register with the Administrator information regarding its composition and organization, including, but not limited to, identification of the 9-1-1 System Manager and all answering points. Decommissioned PSAPs shall not be registered and are not part of the 9-1-1 system in Illinois.
