{"data":{"id":"us-il/505-ilcs-25-5","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"505 ILCS 25/5","heading":"Referendums.","body":"All beef producers in the State of Illinois shall have the opportunity to vote in a referendum to determine the amount of deductions from the gross receipts of the sale of cattle in the State of Illinois to be used to finance the provisions of this Act.\nAll referendums under this Section may be by secret ballot at geographically located polling places or conducted in any other manner that will make it easy to vote throughout the State including voting by mail. There shall be more than one day for beef producers to cast their ballots.
