{"data":{"id":"us-il/510-ilcs-70-9","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"510 ILCS 70/9","heading":"Humane investigators; qualifications.","body":"The Department shall, by rule or regulation, establish reasonable qualifications for approved humane investigators and shall maintain a current listing of all approved humane investigators which shall be available for public inspection. These qualifications shall include, but need not be limited to, a knowledge of the provisions of this Act and its rules and regulations and expertise in the investigation of complaints relating to the care and treatment of animals.
