{"data":{"id":"us-il/515-ilcs-5-15-46","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"515 ILCS 5/15-46","heading":"Taking of roe-bearing species by commercial device.","body":"(a) All commercial fishermen shall procure a commercial roe harvest permit in addition to their commercial fishing license before taking roe-bearing species with commercial fishing devices from the waters of the State legally open to commercial fishing. Any person found guilty of a violation of this subsection (a) is subject to the penalties provided in Section 20-91 of this Code.\n(b) Any incidental catch of aquatic life not authorized for taking with commercial devices must be returned immediately without harm to the water.
