{"data":{"id":"us-il/55-ilcs-5-3-4010","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"55 ILCS 5/3-4010","heading":"Records; reports in counties under 1,000,000.","body":"(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)\nThe Public Defender in counties with a population under 1,000,000 shall keep a record of the services rendered by him or her and prepare and file quarterly or monthly, as determined by the County Board, with the County Board a written report of such services transmitting a copy of such report to the clerk of the Circuit Court for the judges thereof.
