{"data":{"id":"us-il/55-ilcs-5-5-1186","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"55 ILCS 5/5-1186","heading":"Kane County criminal courts complex drug treatment center.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law:\n(1) A private drug addiction treatment center may operate on the property transferred to Kane County in Public Act 86-729.\n(2) Kane County may lease portions of the property transferred to the County in Public Act 86-729 to a not-for-profit or for-profit company for a drug addiction treatment center.
