{"data":{"id":"us-il/55-ilcs-5-5-30019","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"55 ILCS 5/5-30019","heading":"Certificate of economic hardship.","body":"A certificate of economic hardship shall be issued by a preservation commission established pursuant to this Division upon a determination by it that the failure to issue a certificate of appropriateness has denied, or will deny, the owner of a landmark or of a property within a preservation district all reasonable use of, or return on, the property. Application for a certificate of economic hardship shall be made on a form and in a manner as prescribed by the preservation commission.
