{"data":{"id":"us-il/60-ilcs-1-5-75","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"60 ILCS 1/5-75","heading":"Township co-extensive with city or village.","body":"When, in any county under township organization, there is any territory co-extensive with the limits of a city or village situated in the county and not included within any organized township, that territory shall constitute a township by the name of the city or village.
