{"data":{"id":"us-il/605-ilcs-5-4-212","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"605 ILCS 5/4-212","heading":"","body":"Failure to comply with the provisions of Sections 4-210 and 4-211 and the permits issued thereunder is a petty offense for which an additional fine of $10 for each day such failure continues may be imposed. Where the violation is prosecuted by the State's Attorney 25% of the fine or penalty recovered shall be paid to the State's Attorney as a fee of his office.
