The highway commissioner may use funds authorized under Section 30-117 of the Township Code to provide for the collection, transport, and disposal of brush and leaves.\nSubject to Section 30-117 of the Township Code, the highway commissioner has authority to provide necessary relief services following the occurrence of an event that has been declared a disaster by State or local officials.
