{"data":{"id":"us-il/620-ilcs-45-13","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"620 ILCS 45/13","heading":"","body":"Before any such taxing district shall be authorized to issue bonds, as in this Act provided, having a maturity date later than January first of the second calendar year following the period of years for which such additional tax for an airport and landing field purposes was voted (which January first of such year is hereafter referred to as the \"maturity limitation heretofore mentioned\"):\nThe governing body of the taxing district shall adopt a resolution of determination to construct or improve an airport and landing field and shall declare its desire to submit to the voters of the district the proposition to issue bonds for its proportionate share therefor. The resolution and the proposition shall be certified to the proper election officials, who shall submit the proposition to the voters at an election in accordance with the general election law.\nThe proposition shall be in substantially the following form:\n--------------------------------------------------------------\nShall bonds of (here name\ntaxing district) in the amount\nof........
