{"data":{"id":"us-il/625-ilcs-45-3a-19","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"625 ILCS 45/3A-19","heading":"Scrapping, junking or destroying a watercraft.","body":"An owner who scraps, junks or destroys a watercraft, or a person who purchases a watercraft as scrap or as a watercraft to be junked or destroyed shall immediately cause the certificate of title to be mailed or delivered to the Department of Natural Resources, and a certificate of title shall not again be issued for such watercraft.
