{"data":{"id":"us-il/625-ilcs-5-18c-1604","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"625 ILCS 5/18c-1604","heading":"Annual Report of Expenditures.","body":"The Commission shall, within 60 calendar days after the end of the lapse period for each fiscal year, submit to the Governor and the General Assembly a report of the following for such fiscal year:\n(1) All monies deposited in the Transportation Regulatory Fund, showing the total and subtotals by class as defined in subsection (2) of Section 18c-1601 of this Chapter;\n(2) All expenditures from the Transportation Regulatory Fund, showing the total and the sub-totals by class as defined in subsection (2) of Section 18c-1601 of this Chapter;\n(3) A listing and description by function of all staff positions actually funded, in whole or in part, at any time during the fiscal year, from the Transportation Regulatory Fund; and\n(4) The methods used to allocate expenses between the Transportation Regulatory Fund and other funds, and between classes within the Transportation Regulatory Fund.","path":["CHAPTER 625 VEHICLES","Illinois Vehicle Code."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=1815\u0026ChapterID=49\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:40Z","sha256":"d5854094fffabf9542eddadb4527db88aaf410e613d04a2dd3fb1a780081380c","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/625-ilcs-5-18c-1603","next":"us-il/625-ilcs-5-18c-1701"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
