{"data":{"id":"us-il/65-ilcs-5-6-4-11","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"65 ILCS 5/6-4-11","heading":"Board of local improvements.","body":"In any city or village adopting the strong mayor form of municipal government, if such city or village has heretofore adopted or hereafter adopts Division 2 of Article 9, the council shall by ordinance provide that the board of local improvements be composed of the mayor and not less than 2 nor more than 4 members appointed by the mayor, which board shall have all powers conferred and all duties imposed by Division 2 of Article 9.
