{"data":{"id":"us-il/65-ilcs-55-9","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"65 ILCS 55/9","heading":"","body":"Upon objection or motion for that purpose, the court in which said proceeding is pending may, in a summary way, inquire whether the officer making the report has omitted any property benefited; also whether or not the assessment, as made and returned, is an equitable and just distribution of the cost of said improvement.
