{"data":{"id":"us-il/70-ilcs-200-140-40","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"70 ILCS 200/140-40","heading":"Members of the Board.","body":"Within 60 days after January 1, 1992 (the effective date of Public Act 87-716), the supervisor of Leyden Township, with the advice and consent of the Leyden Township board of trustees, shall appoint 3 members of the Board for initial terms expiring December 31, 1992; 3 members for initial terms expiring December 31, 1993; and 3 members for initial terms expiring December 31, 1994.
