{"data":{"id":"us-il/70-ilcs-200-145-20","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"70 ILCS 200/145-20","heading":"Board members appointed.","body":"Within 60 days after January 1, 1988 (the effective date of Article I of Public Act 85-793), the President of the Marengo Park District, with the advice and consent of the Marengo Park Board, shall appoint 3 members of the Board for initial terms expiring June 1, 1988; 3 members for initial terms expiring June 1, 1989; and 3 members for initial terms expiring June 1, 1990.
