{"data":{"id":"us-il/70-ilcs-200-150-20","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"70 ILCS 200/150-20","heading":"Board members appointed.","body":"Within 60 days after September 3, 1985 (the effective date of Article 3 of Public Act 84-245), the chairman of the county board of Mason County with the advice and consent of the county board of Mason County shall appoint 3 members of the Board for initial terms expiring June 1, 1986; 2 members for initial terms expiring June 1, 1987; and 2 members for initial terms expiring June 1, 1988.
