{"data":{"id":"us-il/70-ilcs-200-215-25","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"70 ILCS 200/215-25","heading":"Bonds other than revenue bonds; election.","body":"No bonds, other than revenue bonds issued pursuant to Section 2-50, or bonds issued pursuant to an intergovernmental agreement as contemplated by the exception contained in Section 215-20, shall be issued by the Authority until the proposition to issue the same has been submitted to and approved by a majority of the voters of said metropolitan area voting upon the proposition at a general election, after at least 10 days notice of such submission has been given by publishing said notice one time in one or more newspapers published in said metropolitan area.
