{"data":{"id":"us-il/70-ilcs-200-35-20","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"70 ILCS 200/35-20","heading":"Board members appointed.","body":"Within 60 days after September 3, 1985 (the effective date of Article 5 of Public Act 84-245), the President of the Village of Brownstown with the advice and consent of the Village board of trustees shall appoint 3 members of the Board for initial terms expiring June 1, 1986; 3 members for initial terms expiring June 1, 1987; and 3 members for initial terms expiring June 1, 1988.
