{"data":{"id":"us-il/70-ilcs-200-60-25","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"70 ILCS 200/60-25","heading":"Board members appointed.","body":"Within 60 days after January 1, 1985 (the effective date of Public Act 83-1127), the Mayor of Collinsville with the advice and consent of the Collinsville City Council shall appoint 9 members of the Board, 3 members to be appointed for a term of one year, 3 members to be appointed for terms of 2 years, and 3 members to be appointed for terms of 3 years, such terms commencing on the date each is appointed. One of the members appointed may be a representative from the Collinsville City Council. At the expiration of the term of any member, his successor shall be appointed by the Mayor of Collinsville in a like manner.
