{"data":{"id":"us-il/70-ilcs-200-65-20","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"70 ILCS 200/65-20","heading":"Members of the Board appointed.","body":"Within 60 days after September 11, 1990 (the effective date of Article 2 of Public Act 86-1414), the mayor of Columbia, with the advice and consent of the Columbia city council, shall appoint 3 members of the Board for initial terms expiring June 1, 1991; 2 members for initial terms expiring June 1, 1992; and 2 members for initial terms expiring June 1, 1993.
