{"data":{"id":"us-il/70-ilcs-2605-10.6","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"70 ILCS 2605/10.6","heading":"","body":"If the board of trustees adopts a resolution to proceed with the construction or acquisition of the project as provided in Section 10.5 of this Amendatory Act of 1955, they shall adopt an ordinance providing for the issuance of the bonds.\nWithin 30 days after the adoption of the ordinance, it shall be published at least once in a newspaper published and having a general circulation in the sanitary district.
