{"data":{"id":"us-il/70-ilcs-2805-26b","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"70 ILCS 2805/26b","heading":"","body":"The trustees of such district, when petitioned so to do by not less than 10% of the legal voters of such district, shall certify the proposition of whether the district should acquire, purchase or construct, and thereafter operate, improve and extend a drainage system to the proper election officials who shall submit the proposition at an election in accordance with the general election law. The proposition shall be in substantially the following form:\n--------------------------------------------------------------\nShall the.... Sanitary District,\n....
