{"data":{"id":"us-il/70-ilcs-3205-7","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"70 ILCS 3205/7","heading":"Executive Director.","body":"The Authority shall appoint an Executive Director, who is the chief executive officer of the Authority.\nIn addition to any other duties set forth in this Act, the Executive Director shall:\n(1) Direct and supervise the administrative affairs and activities of the Authority, in accordance with its rules, regulations, and policies;\n(2) Attend meetings of the Authority;\n(3) Keep minutes of all proceedings of the Authority;\n(4) Approve all accounts for salaries, per diem payments, and allowable expenses of the Authority and its employees and consultants and approve all expenses incidental to the operation of the Authority;\n(5) Report and make recommendations to the Authority on the merits and status of any proposed facility; and\n(6) Perform any other duty that the Authority requires for carrying out the provisions of this Act.","path":["CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS","Illinois Sports Facilities Authority Act."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=978\u0026ChapterID=15\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:25Z","sha256":"262cb74c7ccf62e2e225b2ccb4c2098919ae1023a1df6ba3cf05f96c6c4cf0de","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/70-ilcs-3205-6","next":"us-il/70-ilcs-3205-7.8"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
