{"data":{"id":"us-il/70-ilcs-3605-28d","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"70 ILCS 3605/28d","heading":"Employment contracts.","body":"Except as otherwise provided in Section 28a, before the Chicago Transit Board may enter into or amend any employment contract in excess of $200,000, the Chicago Transit Board must submit that contract or amendment to the Northern Illinois Transit Authority Board for review for a period of 14 days. After 14 days, the contract shall be considered reviewed.
