{"data":{"id":"us-il/70-ilcs-3705-30","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"70 ILCS 3705/30","heading":"","body":"Whenever the board of trustees of a public water district determines by a vote of two-thirds of its members that the district should be dissolved, the board shall prepare a petition for dissolution and file the petition in the Circuit Court of the county in which the district or a major portion thereof is located.
