{"data":{"id":"us-il/705-ilcs-135-15-15","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"705 ILCS 135/15-15","heading":"SCHEDULE 3; felony drug offenses.","body":"SCHEDULE 3: For a felony under the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, the Cannabis Control Act, or the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act, the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall collect $2,215 and remit as follows:\n(1) As the county's portion, $354 to the county treasurer, who shall deposit the money as follows:\n(A) $20 into the Court Automation Fund;\n(B) $20 into the Court Document Storage Fund;\n(C) $5 into the Circuit Court Clerk Operation and Administrative Fund;\n(D) $255 into the county's General Fund;\n(E) $10 into the Child Advocacy Center Fund;\n(F) $2 into the State's Attorney Records Automation Fund;\n(G) $2 into the Public Defender Records Automation Fund;\n(H) $20 into the County Jail Medical Costs Fund; and\n(I) $20 into the Probation and Court Services Fund.\n(2) As the State's portion, $1,861 to the State Treasurer, who shall deposit the money as follows:\n(A) $50 into the State Police Operations Assistance Fund;\n(B) $100 into the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Fund;\n(C) $100 into the Trauma Center Fund; and\n(D) $5 into the Spinal Cord Injury Paralysis Cure Research Trust Fund;\n(E) $1,500 into the Drug Treatment Fund;\n(F) $5 into the State Police Merit Board Public Safety Fund;\n(G) (Blank);\n(H) $66 into the Criminal Justice Information Projects Fund; and\n(I) $35 into the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund.","path":["CHAPTER 705 COURTS","Criminal and Traffic Assessment Act."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=3898\u0026ChapterID=50\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:40Z","sha256":"4c948b69bbc5b45d5345d0cd1ea4261ee5983857bccbb3bfe04daeb8ee741e13","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/705-ilcs-135-15-10","next":"us-il/705-ilcs-135-15-20"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
