{"data":{"id":"us-il/705-ilcs-135-15-20","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"705 ILCS 135/15-20","heading":"SCHEDULE 4; felony sex offenses.","body":"SCHEDULE 4: For a felony or attempted felony under Article 11 or Section 12-33 of the Criminal Code of 2012, the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall collect $1,314 and remit as follows:\n(1) As the county's portion, $354 to the county treasurer, who shall deposit the money as follows:\n(A) $20 into the Court Automation Fund;\n(B) $20 into the Court Document Storage Fund;\n(C) $5 into the Circuit Court Clerk Operation and Administrative Fund;\n(D) $255 into the county's General Fund;\n(E) $10 into the Child Advocacy Center Fund;\n(F) $2 into the State's Attorney Records Automation Fund;\n(G) $2 into the Public Defender Records Automation Fund;\n(H) $20 into the County Jail Medical Costs Fund; and\n(I) $20 into the Probation and Court Services Fund.\n(2) As the State's portion, $960 to the State Treasurer, who shall deposit the money as follows:\n(A) $520 into the State Police Operations Assistance Fund;\n(B) $100 into the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Fund;\n(C) $200 into the Sexual Assault Services Fund;\n(D) $100 into the Domestic Violence Shelter and Service Fund;\n(E) $5 into the State Police Merit Board Public Safety Fund; and\n(F) $35 into the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund.","path":["CHAPTER 705 COURTS","Criminal and Traffic Assessment Act."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=3898\u0026ChapterID=50\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:40Z","sha256":"54ab32d3639b25081b29b61867647fb09c22909c4e4e0734dd187cd62ddb2ba4","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/705-ilcs-135-15-15","next":"us-il/705-ilcs-135-15-25"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
