{"data":{"id":"us-il/705-ilcs-135-15-60","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"705 ILCS 135/15-60","heading":"","body":"SCHEDULE 12; dispositions under Supreme Court Rule 529.\nSCHEDULE 12: For a disposition under paragraph (a)(1) or (c) of Supreme Court Rule 529, the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall collect $164 and remit the money as follows:\n(1) As the county's portion, $100, to the county treasurer, who shall deposit the money as follows:\n(A) $20 into the Court Automation Fund;\n(B) $20 into the Court Document Storage Fund;\n(C) $5 into the Circuit Court Clerk Operation and Administrative Fund;\n(D) $8 into the Circuit Court Clerk Electronic Citation Fund; and\n(E) $47 into the county's General Fund.\n(2) As the State's portion, $14 to the State Treasurer, who shall deposit the money as follows:\n(A) $3 into the Drivers Education Fund;\n(B) $2 into the State Police Merit Board Public Safety Fund;\n(C) $4 into the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund;\n(D) $1 into the Law Enforcement Camera Grant Fund; and\n(E) $4 into the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Fund.\n(3) As the arresting agency's portion, $50 as follows, unless more than one agency is responsible for the arrest in which case the amount shall be remitted to each unit of government equally:\n(A) if the arresting agency is a local agency to the treasurer of the unit of local government of the arresting agency, who shall deposit the money as follows:\n(i) $2 into the E-citation Fund of the unit of local government; and\n(ii) $48 into the General Fund of the unit of local government; or\n(B) as provided in subsection (c) of Section 10-5 of this Act if the arresting agency is a State agency.","path":["CHAPTER 705 COURTS","Criminal and Traffic Assessment Act."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=3898\u0026ChapterID=50\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:40Z","sha256":"a0cc520b7fd2abcf52efa56678f86c38a3639db57dfb97afd30d0b2a5a426677","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/705-ilcs-135-15-55","next":"us-il/705-ilcs-135-15-65"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
