{"data":{"id":"us-il/720-ilcs-570-407.2","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"720 ILCS 570/407.2","heading":"Delivery of a controlled substance to a pregnant woman.","body":"(a) Any person who violates subsection (a) of Section 401 of this Act by delivering a controlled substance to a woman he knows to be pregnant may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term twice the maximum amount authorized by Section 401 of this Act.\n(b) Any person who delivers an amount of a controlled substance set forth in subsections (c) and (d) of Section 401 of this Act to a woman he knows to be pregnant commits a Class 1 felony.
