{"data":{"id":"us-il/720-ilcs-646-50","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"720 ILCS 646/50","heading":"Methamphetamine-related child endangerment.","body":"(a) Methamphetamine-related child endangerment.\n(1) It is unlawful to engage in methamphetamine-related child endangerment. A person engages in methamphetamine-related child endangerment when the person knowingly endangers the life and health of a child by exposing or allowing exposure of the child to a methamphetamine manufacturing environment.\n(2) A person who violates paragraph (1) of this subsection (a) is guilty of a Class 2 felony.\n(b) Aggravated methamphetamine-related child endangerment.\n(1) It is unlawful to engage in aggravated methamphetamine-related child endangerment.
