{"data":{"id":"us-il/725-ilcs-150-11","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"725 ILCS 150/11","heading":"Settlement of claims.","body":"Notwithstanding other provisions of this Act, the State's Attorney and a claimant of seized property may enter into an agreed-upon settlement concerning the seized property in such an amount and upon such terms as are set out in writing in a settlement agreement.
