{"data":{"id":"us-il/765-ilcs-745-13","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"765 ILCS 745/13","heading":"Tenant's Duties.","body":"The tenant shall agree at all times during the tenancy to:\n(a) Keep the mobile home unit, if he rents such, or the exterior premises if he rents a lot, in a clean and sanitary condition, free of garbage and rubbish;\n(b) Refrain from the storage of any inoperable motor vehicle;\n(c) Refrain from washing all vehicles except at an area designated by park management;\n(d) Refrain from performing any major repairs of motor vehicles at any time;\n(e) Refrain from the storage of any icebox, stove, building material, furniture or similar items on the exterior premises;\n(f) Keep the supplied basic facilities, including plumbing fixtures, cooking and refrigeration equipment and electrical fixtures in a leased mobile home unit in a clean and sanitary condition and be responsible for the exercise of reasonable care in their proper use and operation;\n(g) Not deliberately or negligently destroy, deface, damage, impair or remove any part of the premises or knowingly permit any person to do so;\n(h) Conduct himself and require other persons on the premises with his consent to conduct themselves in a manner that will not affect or disturb his neighbors' peaceful enjoyment of the premises;\n(i) Abide by all the rules or regulations concerning the use, occupation and maintenance of the premises; and\n(j) Abide by any reasonable rules for guest parking which are clearly stated.","path":["CHAPTER 765 PROPERTY","Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=2209\u0026ChapterID=62\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:46Z","sha256":"f96f77b4fee6595c4df6839cf581be01e60e279f5f3d54f4b9daeec8ca72a66b","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/765-ilcs-745-12a","next":"us-il/765-ilcs-745-14"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
