{"data":{"id":"us-il/805-ilcs-105-113.10","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"805 ILCS 105/113.10","heading":"Powers of foreign corporation.","body":"No foreign corporation shall conduct in this State any affairs which a corporation organized under the laws of this State is not permitted to conduct. A foreign corporation which shall have received authority to conduct affairs under this Act shall, until a certificate of revocation has been issued or an application for withdrawal shall have been filed as provided in this Act, enjoy the same, but no greater, rights and privileges as a domestic corporation organized for the purposes set forth in the application pursuant to which such authority is granted; and, except as in Section 113.05 of this Act otherwise provided with respect to the organization and internal affairs of a foreign corporation and except as elsewhere in this Act otherwise provided, shall be subject to the same duties, restrictions, penalties, and liabilities now or hereafter imposed upon a domestic corporation of like character.","path":["CHAPTER 805 BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS","General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=2280\u0026ChapterID=65\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:47Z","sha256":"f19cd51abcc161e6d7743650b753101ff39bf45fbc4434014d82930c49a85cae","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/805-ilcs-105-113.05","next":"us-il/805-ilcs-105-113.15"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
