{"data":{"id":"us-il/805-ilcs-215-1302","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"805 ILCS 215/1302","heading":"Fees.","body":"(a) The Secretary of State shall charge and collect in accordance with the provisions of this Act and rules promulgated pursuant to its authority:\n(1) fees for filing documents;\n(2) miscellaneous charges;\n(3) fees for the sale of lists of filings and for copies of any documents.\n(b) The Secretary of State shall charge and collect for:\n(1) filing a certificate of limited partnership (domestic), a certificate of authority (foreign), and a restated certificate of limited partnership (domestic), $150;\n(2) (blank);\n(3) filing an amendment or certificate of amendment, $50;\n(4) filing a statement of cancellation or notice of termination, $25;\n(5) filing an application for use of an assumed name under Section 108.5 of this Act, $150 for each year or part thereof ending in 0 or 5, $120 for each year or part thereof ending in 1 or 6, $90 for each year or part thereof ending in 2 or 7, $60 for each year or part thereof ending in 3 or 8, $30 for each year or part thereof ending in 4 or 9, and a renewal for each assumed name, $150;\n(6) filing an annual report of a domestic or foreign limited partnership, $100;\n(7) filing an application for reinstatement of a domestic or foreign limited partnership, $200;\n(8) filing any other document, $50.\n(c) The Secretary of State shall charge and collect:\n(1) for furnishing a copy or certified copy of any document, instrument or paper relating to a limited partnership or foreign limited partnership, $25; and\n(2) for the transfer of information by computer process media to any purchaser, fees established by rule.","path":["CHAPTER 805 BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS","Uniform Limited Partnership Act (2001)."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=2625\u0026ChapterID=65\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:47Z","sha256":"2d2fc0d1804694fe7882c5a383f11a8b78c8de5fe2b9878d128d5da44625aba1","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/805-ilcs-215-1301","next":"us-il/805-ilcs-215-1303"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
