{"data":{"id":"us-il/805-ilcs-35-8","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"805 ILCS 35/8","heading":"","body":"When the applicants have completed the organization of the proposed development credit corporation, they shall file with the Director a certificate of organization executed by its president and attested by its secretary and with its seal affixed thereto, certifying:\n(1) the name and addresses of all of its subscribers of stock, the number of shares subscribed and the number of shares fully paid for by each;\n(2) the total number of shares subscribed, but not fully paid for;\n(3) the total number of shares paid in full;\n(4) the name and address of any depositary holding on deposit any funds of the development credit corporation;\n(5) the names and addresses of the officers and members of the executive committee, if any, of the development credit corporation.\nThe certificate of organization of the applicant shall be accompanied by:\n(1) the certificate of any named depositary certifying the amount of funds on deposit to the credit of the development credit corporation;\n(2) any bylaws or resolutions which have been adopted.","path":["CHAPTER 805 BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS","Illinois Development Credit Corporation Act."],"source_url":"https://www.ilga.gov/legislation/ILCS/details?ActID=2279\u0026ChapterID=65\u0026ChapAct=FullText\u0026Print=True","current_through":"at least Public Act 104-790","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-15T04:46:47Z","sha256":"680175de10526c3e1219d932d5d4adce7f733a035bd5abcc4f57ef8e76e544e6","source_id":"us-il","stale":false,"prev":"us-il/805-ilcs-35-7","next":"us-il/805-ilcs-35-9"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
