{"data":{"id":"us-il/815-ilcs-124-23","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"815 ILCS 124/23","heading":"Licensure fees.","body":"(a) The nonrefundable fee for initial licensure shall be $5,000, unless modified by the Secretary in accordance with subsection (b) of Section 11.\n(b) The nonrefundable fee for annual license renewal shall be $5,000, unless modified by the Secretary in accordance with subsection (b) of Section 11.\n(c) The Department shall impose a contingent fee sufficient to cover its operating expenses in administering this Act not otherwise covered by all other revenue collected under this Act.
