{"data":{"id":"us-il/815-ilcs-517-15","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"815 ILCS 517/15","heading":"Violations.","body":"Whenever any person knowingly uses or has knowingly used any Internet caller identification equipment or Internet phone equipment in violation of this Act, that use shall be deemed an unlawful act or practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
