{"data":{"id":"us-il/820-ilcs-14-5","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"820 ILCS 14/5","heading":"Rights of TNDs.","body":"Transportation network drivers shall have the right of self-organization, to form, join, or assist TND organizations, to bargain collectively through representatives of the TND's choosing, and to engage in concerted activities, for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection, free from interference, restraint, or coercion by TNCs, and shall also have the right to refrain from any of these activities.
