{"data":{"id":"us-il/820-ilcs-192-35","jurisdiction":"us-il","citation":"820 ILCS 192/35","heading":"Penalties and enforcement.","body":"An employer that violates this Act or any rule adopted under this Act shall be subject to a civil penalty of $2,500 for each separate offense. An offense means any violation of this Act with the exception of a violation of the notice requirement in subsection (c) of Section 20.
