As used in this chapter, \"covered communications equipment or service\" means communications equipment or service (as defined in 47 CFR 1.50001(c)) that is:\n(1) determined under 47 CFR 1.50002 to pose an unacceptable risk to the national security of the United States or the security and safety of United States persons; and\n(2) included on the covered list (as defined in 47 CFR 1.50001(f)) that is:\n(A) published;\n(B) maintained; and\n(C) updated;\nby the federal Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau on the website of the Federal Communications Commission under 47 CFR 1.50002 and 47 CFR 1.50003.","path":["TITLE 1.
