(a) P.L.3-1990 is intended to correct repealed or incorrect citations in the Indiana Code. P.L.3-1990 is not intended to change the effective date of any statute or otherwise result in any substantive change in the law.\n(b) A SECTION of P.L.3-1990 does not affect any:\n(1) rights or liabilities accrued;\n(2) penalties incurred;\n(3) violations committed; or\n(4) proceedings begun;\nbefore March 13, 1990. Those rights, liabilities, penalties, offenses, and proceedings continue and shall be imposed and enforced under prior law as if P.L.3-1990 had not been enacted.","path":["TITLE 1.
