(a) This section applies only to an Indiana member.\n(b) A member of the commission serves a four (4) year term that expires on June 30 of an odd-numbered year.\n(c) A member of the commission may be reappointed to successive terms.\n(d) The governor shall fill a vacancy on the commission.
