(a) This section applies to the issuance of a citation for a traffic violation under:\n(1) IC 9; or\n(2) a local ordinance that corresponds to a provision under IC 9.\n(b) The department may not give greater consideration to the number of citations (as defined in IC 9-28-2-1), including:\n(1) a summons;\n(2) a ticket; or\n(3) any other official document;\narising from a parking or standing violation that a law enforcement officer issues than to any other factor in the evaluation of the law enforcement officer's performance.","path":["TITLE 10.
