(a) The training program courses shall be conducted under the supervision and direction of the superintendent.\n(b) The training programs must include courses of instruction in the following subjects:\n(1) Detection, pursuit, apprehension, and conviction of criminals.\n(2) Safety and first aid assistance.\n(3) Any other subject the superintendent considers appropriate.","path":["TITLE 10.
