(a) A criminal or juvenile justice agency may:\n(1) provide juvenile history data to; or\n(2) receive juvenile history data from;\nanother criminal or juvenile justice agency.\n(b) The department shall provide juvenile history data to any criminal or juvenile justice agency asking for it if the council determines that the agency has complied with this chapter.","path":["TITLE 10.
