As used in this chapter, \"missing child\" means a person less than eighteen (18) years of age who:\n(1) is, or is believed to be:\n(A) a temporary or permanent resident of Indiana;\n(B) at a location that cannot be determined by the person's parent or legal custodian; and\n(C) reported missing to a law enforcement agency;\n(2) is, or is believed to be:\n(A) a temporary or permanent resident of Indiana; and\n(B) a victim of the offense of criminal confinement (IC 35-42-3-3) or interference with custody (IC 35-42-3-4); or\n(3) is, or is believed to be, a high risk missing person (as defined by IC 5-2-17-1).","path":["TITLE 10.
