As used in this chapter, \"disaster relief organization\" means an entity that provides emergency or disaster relief services that include health or veterinary services provided by volunteer health practitioners and:\n(1) is designated or recognized as a provider of the services under a disaster response and recovery plan adopted by an agency of the federal government or the department of homeland security; or\n(2) regularly plans and conducts the entity's activities in coordination with an agency of the federal government or the department of homeland security.","path":["TITLE 10.
